Cancellation & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of great importance to us here at LyDeyz. Since we ship orders within 24 hours of placement Monday through Friday, an order may be cancelled within 12 hours of it being placed. Should you find it necessary to cancel, you must contact LyDeyz Customer Service by email (Info@LyDeyz.com) and include your name, address, order number, and reason for cancellation. Payments that have been made for cancelled items will be credited to your account in approximately 10-14 days. In the event an item you have ordered is on backorder, you will be notified within 24 hours with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel your order at that time. If an item you have ordered has, for any reason, become permanently unavailable, you will be notified within 24 hours and will then have the option to choose another item or to cancel. Cancellation requests placed after shipping has occurred cannot be accepted. Should you change your mind about an order and it is too late to cancel, you may return any unwanted items within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund, including the original shipping and handling.
